Dr. Carney is a licensed psychologist who
provides psychological evaluation and consultation.
Child custody, parenting capacity, disability, pre-employment,
personal injury, and criminal evaluations are the focus of our practice.
SUBSTANCE ABUSE
For Substance Abuse, we offer psychological assessment, as well as urine, hair, and fingernail/toenail toxicology to verify the existence of drug and/or alcohol abuse.
DISABILITY AND PERSONAL INJURY EVALUATIONS
Disability and personal injury evaluations may assist the claimant and attorney regarding the type and degree of emotional and/or cognitive harm suffered. The evaluation may help to determine the client’s baseline functioning prior to, during, and time of injury as it relates toward cognitive, interpersonal, and emotional impact and loss of ability.
PSYCHOLOGICAL TESTS
Psychological tests can evaluate ABILITY, such as intelligence, aptitude skills, and achievement; DEFICITS after stroke or head injury; and PERSONALITY, such as traits, attitudes, rigidity, and values. The benefits of a psychological assessment include:
